Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in the applicable state.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
• Experience in senior living or skilled nursing preferred.
• Compassionate caregiver with good communication.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; willing to obtain if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under licensed staff supervision.
• Assist residents with ADLs and personal care (bathing, grooming, meals).
• Monitor, record, report vital signs.
• Support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
• Assist with healthcare procedures per state regulations.
• Use EMR systems efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
