Job summary

SIERRABASIN is seeking a CNA (Healthcare) to provide routine nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with care plans and supervision. You will identify residents, follow approved procedures, and maintain accurate records to ensure quality care.

The role requires a state-licensed CNA with CPR preferred, and adherence to privacy and safety policies. Strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments, meals, and other activities.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
