Wesley Woods is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily living support to residents in a fast-paced facility. You will document vital signs, assist with hygiene and mobility, and ensure safety and comfort for elderly residents under nurse supervision.

Applicants must hold a state Nursing Assistant Certification, demonstrate reliable attendance, and communicate effectively with residents and staff. This role is on-site in a patient-care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to follow patient care policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and patience required.
• Ability to manage routine tasks with attention to safety.

Responsabilités

• Ensure residents receive essential daily living activities.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and dietary intake.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Observe and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Assist with bed mobility and transfer with proper body mechanics.
