THE VILLA AT BLUE RIDGE in Columbia, MO is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities including meals, mobility, hygiene, and mobility support while upholding safety standards.

You will observe residents, document intake, report changes to the supervising nurse, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to collaborate with care staff and nurses.
• Strong attention to detail and patient care.
• Able to observe and report changes to nurses.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and meals.
• Help with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Observe residents and report health issues to nurses.

• Assist with feeding and nutrition supplements.
• Maintain clean, tidy living areas and beds.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Support nurses and staff as needed.
