Job summary

Leisure Healthcare Llc is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility in California. You will perform daily resident care tasks, monitor conditions, and communicate with the care team to support safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, reporting changes, and documenting care while maintaining residents’ rights and following OBRA and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Maintains current California CNA certification while employed.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Charge Nurse or Director of Staff Development at start of shift.
• Performs CNA duties within scope of practice and following facility procedures.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and mobility; uses safe techniques.
• Responds to call lights and collaborates with other staff to cover duties.
• Documents care and resident condition according to facility protocol.
• Maintains dignity and rights of residents and adheres to safety regulations.
