Job summary

Pikes Peak Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and related services to residents according to their care plans. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and document observations while maintaining a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristband/photo ID before care or treatments.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Assist with daily resident care activities as directed.
• Protect resident confidentiality and report any disclosures or incidents.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Prepare rooms and equipment for procedures and transport residents as needed.
• Participate in nursing shift reports and follow facility policies.
