Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs, baths, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with ADLs such as feeding, incontinence care, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and condition.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Perform routine tasks such as answering call lights, taking charts, and distributing medications.
