Job summary

You will monitor patient progress, document accurately, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and satisfaction for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, bedside assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
