Job summary

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Cozad in Cozad, NE is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality resident care, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, vital signs, documentation in electronic health records, and collaborate with nurses and physicians.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Nebraska is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move residents and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temp, pulse, respiration).
• Document care provided and changes in residents' condition in EHR.
