Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in NE is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to lift and move residents and perform patient-care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning and safe ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Document care and changes in residents' condition in the electronic health records.
• Report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and provide companionship.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure cohesive care.
