Job summary
Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care for residents in a hands-on role. The CNA will work closely with the care team to support ongoing wellness, safety, and comfort within the facility.

Qualifications
- Must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
- Strong communication and record-keeping abilities are required.
- Ability to multitask and provide compassionate resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing) following policy guidelines.
- Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
- Support mobility by ambulating and transferring residents with assistive devices.
- Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
- Assist with positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
- Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
