Job summary

Brookstone Estates, Emerald Glen, and Grand Victorian in Tuscola, IL are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time, second shift (12 hours). You will deliver personalized resident care according to care plans and assist with Activities of Daily Living to promote independence and dignity.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, connect compassionately with residents and families, participate in ongoing education, and comply with privacy rules.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
