Brightview Senior Living in Danvers, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship for residents, supporting daily living activities with kindness and respect.

You will observe changes in residents' needs and collaborate with our nurses to update Resident Care Plans, while encouraging participation in community activities. A high school diploma is required; CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current state CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a bonus.
• Positive attitude and love working with people.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Formation

High School Diploma or Equivalent

CNA/HHA/CHHA Certification (Medication Aide) - a plus
