Qualifications

• Able to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff and visitors.
• Must be in good general health with emotional stability.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per the facility's policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator.
• Make beds and clean bedside tables.
• Keep water pitchers clean and within resident reach.
• Other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse or supervisor.
