Job summary

Bethany St Joseph Corp is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents with daily living tasks in a dedicated care setting. The role includes 1:1 visits, personal care, and documentation of daily care, with transportation to meals and activities throughout shifts.

Flexibility to work every other weekend and rotating holidays is required. We offer competitive wages, benefits, PTO that carries over yearly, shift and weekend differentials, tuition reimbursement, and referral

Qualifications

• Valid WI CNA license required.
• Healthcare experience beneficial but not required.
• Will provide training for the right fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with personal cares and daily activities.
• Document daily care and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct 1:1 visits with residents.
• Provide transportation to meals and activities.
