Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab – Thomaston, GA is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN shifts. You will support residents with daily living activities, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a non-profit, mission-driven center.

This role offers competitive pay ($18.71–$21.00/hour), weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (GA or eligible).
• Heart for service and caring for others.

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
