Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab – Thomaston is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility and transfers, and work closely with nurses to deliver safe, high-quality care.

This full-time CNA position offers a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and a mission-driven work environment. Prior long-term care experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
