Riverside Health & Rehab in Thomaston, GA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for all shifts. Earn $18.45 to $21.00 per hour with shift differentials evenings, nights, and weekends. We offer benefits, weekly pay, and a supportive, mission-driven culture.

As a CNA you will assist residents with daily living, provide patient-centered care, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safety and comfort in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents and staff.
