Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our private duty health care team in Barrington, IL. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts with a pay range of $20–$22 per hour and a sign-on bonus.

You will work with one patient per shift, providing ADL support, comfort, and compassionate care. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, assisting with mobility, ADLs, light housekeeping, and enhancing quality of life through

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required and valid in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• TB testing: 2-step or chest X-ray within 12 months OR QuantiFERON blood test within 5 years.
• Ability to work with one patient for an entire shift and provide ADL support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping duties such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Engage patients with conversations and activities to promote mental stimulation and quality of life.
• Monitor vital signs including pulse, temperature, and respiration.
