Qualifications

• Must have a current Illinois CNA Certificate.
• Experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to Members for daily living activities.
• Assist with ambulation and transport of Members.
• Communicate changes in Member conditions to the Nurse.
