Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time shifts in Bloomingdale, IL. We offer a sign-on bonus of $500 for full-time and $250 for part-time, with pay range $20-$22 per hour.

You will work with one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, and supporting comfort and wellbeing. Requirements include CNA state certification, CPR, valid driver's license, and immunization/testing as specified.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA State Certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license.
• TB test (2-step) or chest X-ray within 12 months OR QuantiFERON gold],

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transfers.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping duties such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or meal prep.
• Enhance quality of life by engaging patients in conversation and activities to keep them mentally stimulated.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.
