FellowshipLIFE is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our compassionate team across Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute, Assisted Living and Memory Care in Hackettstown, NJ. We offer per-diem shifts and opportunities to work in an expanded sub-acute household, delivering compassionate care to residents.

Ideal candidates hold an NJ CNA certification in good standing, with a desire to grow as a healthcare professional and a focus on HIPAA-compliant patient privacy.

Competenze

• CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.
• Desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
• Experience in memory care, hospice or medical-surgical environments is a plus.
• HIPAA regulations and patient privacy knowledge.

Mansioni

• Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the supervisor.
• Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and ADLs.
• Maintain a hygienic environment.
• Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
• Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.
