FellowshipLIFE in Woodstown, NJ seeks compassionate CNAs to join our expanding Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute and Memory Care teams. Full-time day shifts and part-time day or night shifts are available to fit your schedule, with a focus on patient comfort, safety, and dignity.

As a CNA, you will deliver daily nursing care, monitor vitals, assist with meals and ADLs, and coordinate with our nursing team to ensure a high standard of care for residents. NJ Board CNA in good standing preferred.

Qualificações

• CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.
• A desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.
• Experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
• Experience working in memory care, hospice care, or medical-surgical environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care to residents.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the supervisor.
• Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.
• Maintain a hygienic environment.
• Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
• Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.
