Right at Home in Winston-Salem is hiring CNAs or PCAs to assist a female client in her home. Shifts are Monday–Friday with morning and evening options, part-time.

Qualifications

• A true passion to care for the elderly.
• Reliable and dependable with shifts.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• PCA: six months experience in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
• CNA: state-approved Nurse Aide course completed.
• Current CPR certificate and TB test.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and related paraprofessional services per an established plan of care.
• Assist with daily activities and provide intimate, hands-on healthcare in clients' homes.
• Turn or re-position bedridden clients and monitor day-to-day health changes.
• Communicate effectively with client and family members; report changes promptly.
