Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring CNAs/PCAs to support clients in Newport News and surrounding areas. You will follow a nurse's plan of care to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults at home.

You will build close relationships with clients while working with a dedicated team and receiving ongoing training and support. We offer flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, per-diem, on-call), weekly pay, and opportunities for career advancement, with a focus on safety

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care to provide personal care, household support and companion care to adults at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding; support with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with range of motion and transfers; assistive devices as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor vital signs as directed.
