BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate openings for CNAs who are looking to work on Aquidneck Island, including Newport, Middletown, Portsmouth and Tiverton. You can create your own schedule with us, choosing full-time or part-time options.

As a BAYADA CNA, you will support clients in their homes with activities of daily living, receive training, and enjoy benefits like weekly pay and flexible scheduling while contributing to meaningful in-home care.

Qualifications

• RI CNA license from RIDOH required
• Must have a vehicle to travel to clients' homes
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable employment (healthcare not required)

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
