Qualifications

• High school degree or GED
• Six months CNA/PCA health-care experience
• State-approved Nurse Aide/Home Health Aide/PCA course completed
• CPR certificate preferred
• English reading/writing/speaking as needed for the job
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for work

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as trained
• Provide personal hygiene assistance and mobility support
