Job summary

Right at Home Norman is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one home care in Lexington, OK. You’ll assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and companionship, delivering meaningful care in clients’ homes.

Shifts available include mornings and evenings, with flexible part-time and full-time opportunities. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with a care team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Six months CNA experience in health care (home or facility) and completion of a state-approved CNA course.
• Current CPR certificate is recommended.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes, including ADLs.
• Assist with mobility, meals, and companionship.
• Take vital signs and administer medications as directed.
• Assist with wound care and other medical treatments.
• Document care per company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Collaborate with other caregivers, nurses, and family members to ensure exceptional client care.
