Qualifications

• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required in PA.

Responsibilities

• Report at shift start and end with the RN about the care to be delivered.
• Assist with data collection for nursing history and physicals (vital signs, height/weight, glucose) and communicate changes to the RN.
• Promote infection control, safety, and comfort; assist with activities of daily living as directed by the RN.
• Document findings and interventions clearly on patient charts with signature and role.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning as needed.
