HMG Healthcare LLC in Tomball, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support patients with daily living activities and participate in high-quality care delivery. The role involves assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, vital signs, and mobility while collaborating with nursing staff and maintaining patient dignity in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Experience with EHR systems and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited CNA training program.
Current CNA certification/licensure as required by state.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings including immunizations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
Support patients with mobility needs, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation.
Provide nutritional support by assisting with feeding and ensuring patients receive proper hydration.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient status, concerns, and changes in condition.
Assist with basic medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations.
