Job summary

Caldwell Regional Medical Center in Caldwell, KS is seeking a certified nursing assistant to join our team. The CNA will deliver direct patient care including bathing, feeding, grooming, and assistance with daily living tasks under the supervision of an RN or LPN.

The role requires current Kansas CNA license, BLS certification, and a willingness to work three 12-hour shifts per week, with every other weekend and some holidays. Excellent patient care and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA in Kansas in good standing.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care such as bathing, toileting, feeding and grooming as directed by the RN/LPN.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety at all times.
• Record patient vital signs and report abnormalities to the RN/LPN.
• Complete daily documentation of care provided for each patient.
• Assist with turning, lifting, and transporting patients to prevent bedsores.
