Desert Care Network is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care at our Hi-Desert Continuing Care Center in Joshua Tree, CA. The role supports basic nursing tasks under supervision and helps residents with daily activities on a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include vital signs, personal care, documentation, and adherence to safety and infection control standards. Must hold CA CNA and CPR certification. Eligibility for benefits applies.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Current CA CNA license.
• CPR Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Maintains established departmental policies and safety standards.
• Obtains and documents patient vital signs (temp, BP, SAO2, respiration, pulse, weight, I&O).
• Provides personal care assistance (bathing, oral care, dressing, eating, mobility).
• Maintains resident documentation.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident data.
• Demonstrates sensitivity to resident comfort and privacy.
