Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with grooming, bathing and personal care.
• Maintain resident environment and stock supplies.
• Support safe mobility and transfers using assistive devices.
• Record vitals, intake/output, meal consumption and weights.
• Position residents for comfort and safety.
• Lead range of motion exercises and provide orientation as directed.
