FullShift Staffing is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant in Gastonia, NC to provide routine nursing care under supervision. You will follow established policies to maintain high-quality resident care and support the health and comfort of residents in our facility.

The role requires a valid CNA license, at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical training, and strong English communication. A patient, team-oriented approach and emotional stability are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical training.
• Strong desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with others.
• Patient, cheerful, and enthusiastic; adaptable to residents' levels.
• Must be in good health and emotionally stable.
• Able to relate to and care for ill, disabled, elderly residents.

Aufgaben

• Perform duties per policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator.
• Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and within reach.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervising staff.
