Qualifications
- Kentucky CNA certification currently active and listed with the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
- High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic patient care tasks as delegated by an RN, including vital signs and glucose monitoring as needed.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, eating and mobility.
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain clean and stocked patient rooms and common areas.
