Saratoga Retirement Community is seeking dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our upscale 5-star skilled nursing facility in Saratoga, CA. The role supports residents with ADLs, documentation, meals, activities, and safety, in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with specialized training, current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing, CPR/First Aid certification, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus specialized training.
• CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English sufficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs following individualized directives.
• Chart daily resident conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing and oral hygiene.
• Serve meals and participate in activities with residents.
• Record vital signs and monitor conditions on schedule.
• Assist in admissions, discharges and transfers as needed.
