Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
• Must hold current, active hands-on AED and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plan.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families compassionately.
• Participate in seminars, staff meetings, and learning opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
