Job summary

Oasis-At-30th in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time CNA to provide resident care on the 3rd shift. You will support ADLs, maintain dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team, while connecting with residents and families with compassion.

Responsibilities include ongoing learning, adherence to privacy guidelines, and performing additional duties as assigned. Must have CNA certification and AED/CPR certification, with a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
• Must hold current, active hands-on AED and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
