Qualifications

• Provide ADL assistance while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families with compassion and impact.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development through seminars and meetings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules for resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
