Venza Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our supportive nursing team. You will provide essential daily living assistance, monitor residents’ conditions, and collaborate with licensed staff to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required in Alabama.
• Experience with long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including ADLs (bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene).
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Record vital signs, weights and input/output as directed.
• Maintain residents' comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and sanitary.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in care planning under licensed nurses.
