Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts. CNAs provide direct resident care under licensed supervision, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and help maintain a compassionate, safe living environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Nursing Assistant certification in the state of operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work well in a nursing team and under licensed supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct resident care under licensed supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope of practice.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other resident data.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Support orientation and training of other staff when requested.
