Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing in the relevant state.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; physical work is required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, grooming, hygiene and equipment placement.
• Maintain resident comfort and safety, including positioning and mobilization.
• Handle linens, bed making and infection control practices.
• Assist with transport to appointments and activities.
• Record vital signs and measurements as directed by licensed staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and supply rooms.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
