Breathitt Health & Rehab in Jackson, KY is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care family. Full-time shifts available: days and nights (7PM-7AM; 7AM-7PM).

You will provide basic nursing care under licensed supervision and assist residents with daily activities to support safety and comfort. We offer pay of $16.50-$18.50 per hour plus shift differentials, paperless onboarding, a supportive culture, and comprehensive benefits plus tuition reimbursement and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing in relevant state.
• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred).
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds - physical work is a primary part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under the direction of licensed nurse supervisor.
• Assist residents with daily care including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility.
• Assist with linen changes and maintaining infection control guidelines.
• Check and transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident units and related areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
