Job summary

Prattville Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on daily care to residents in a warm, supportive environment. You will work closely with licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams to assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and foster meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state (required).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and dependable personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility).
• Record vital signs and observe residents’ conditions.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families.
