Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our care teams across Delaware. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor well-being, and communicate changes to the nursing staff.

We offer Full Time, Part Time, and PRN shifts (6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a) with weekend requirements, plus a comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training. If you have at least 1 year of caregiving experience in assisted living or memory care, excellent work ethic, and

• 1 years’ experience as a caregiver in an assisted living and memory care setting.
• Able to work weekends.
• Diligent in paperwork.
