Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents on the front lines. You will perform direct resident care, document changes in the POC system, and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure dignity and choices for residents.

Join our non-profit senior care organization with a focus on hospitality, stewardship, respect, and justice. Must have BLS certification and be in good standing on the state CNA registry; language requirement is English.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN, and document in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
