Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification/licensure.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including meals and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene and comfort care.
• Monitor intake and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document foods and fluids and care provided.
• Maintain clean, safe resident living areas.
• Transport residents as needed.
• Support nurses and care team with resident needs.
• Follow facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
