Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs; observe changes and report to nursing staff.
• Provide resident companionship and promote engagement in activities.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized environment and follow infection control protocols.
