Job summary

Shelby Manor in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care for residents, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing team in maintaining residents’ health and well-being.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, completion of a state-approved CNA program, and strong interpersonal skills. CPR/First Aid preferred; background checks and drug screening required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).

• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Engage residents through companionship and activities to support well-being.
• Maintain safety and infection control in resident environment.
