Job summary

The Bluefields is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing direct care to residents in a senior living setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health indicators, and support the nursing team to ensure a safe and dignified environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Complete a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or senior care preferred.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health by measuring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures.
